- After ing as a member through real name authentication, simple authentication or co-certification
- ID: Application for reservation of complaints, My Page > Search for complaints processing results
※ For electronic summary cases (after being caught for drinking or driving without a license, if you agree to electronic case handling), you can only view cases and fines through mobile, and copies of electronic summary orders can only be viewed on your PC.
※ In order to protect personal information and prevent security accidents, there may be restrictions on the use of the service when using a rooted smartphone or connecting a USB device to a smartphone.
